フジテレビ普通の方法で来たが
これもまあ法的にはスレスレだよなあ。なんせ現在の株価より下だから有利発行の疑いは濃厚なわけで。そりゃTOB価格より上には出来ないだろうけどさ。
ライブドアがこれでもTOBに応じずに裁判に出たりしたら本気でやばい。もうTOBに応じて損出しするしかない。
まあ現金が大量に手元に残るわけだからMSCBの魔の螺旋にははまらんだろうけど、もしかしてこれをもってリーマンが繰り上げ返済を求めてくるかも知れない。するとライブドアは現金100億円ほど減っただけ、んで評判が下がったという状況か。繰り上げ返済がなければ、とりあえず現金1000億円になるんで、別の大型買収をまたやるだろう。
さてさて、こうなると単純にライブドアの株価はリーマンがどう動くかにかかってくるわけで、ノンホルダーとしてはむしろわかりやすくていいかも知れない。持ってたら心臓に悪かっただろうなあ。
