バリューＪ、１００億円のＣＢ発行へ＝日興・ライブドア証に割り当て

ライブドアがバリュークリックの株を市場で売って50億近く手にしてて、そのライブドアはライブドア証券に資金を注入して、ライブドア証券がバリュークリックのMSCB50億受け入れって、これはおかしくないか？
単純化すればバリュークリックの株主からライブドア証券が株を吸い取って、その分バリュークリック本体に現金が来たってことだ。市場から金を巻き上げて運転資金へ。株価は否応なく下落へ。株主の不利益が約束されたようなスキーム。
本来なら単純にライブドアからライブドア証券に行く資金のうち50億はバリュークリックに行くはずの金で、単純にライブドア本体からバリュークリックにMSCBではなく普通の第三者割当増資で入れればいいだけの話だ。市場から巻き上げなくてはならないほど切迫もしてないだろうし、単純になめてるとしか思えん。
もうライブドアグループは駄目なのかね。
