【PC】750GBのHDDが発売

600～700GBクラスが今年中盤で年末ごろになんとか800GBかなと思っていたのでびっくりした。価格的には高いようにも見えるが、さすがに一台で750GBともなれば需要もあるだろうしこの価格でも魅力はある。
600GBクラスをすっ飛ばしているので、現時点では飛び抜けてプレミアがつくことになる。これがあるために600GBクラスは案外安値で出てくるだろうと考えると、この御祝儀価格が終わって他社からも600～750GBのHDDがいくつか出てくれば500GBは2万円台後半まで下がってくるんじゃないだろうか。
日立は160GBプラッタx5の800GBをそのうち出すようなことも言っていたようだし、その後垂直磁気記録への移行も近いことを考えると、まだまだ大容量HDDの加速は止まらないようだ。1TBへのレースは意外にかなり早くやってくる。

Hmm is anyone else experiencing problems with the images on this blog loading? I'm trying to figure out if its a problem on my end or if it's the blog. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
