小泉改革からの転換はあえて支持しない
たぶんごく普通に真面目にやったら政府による需要創出で短期的にしのいで後の成長の準備もするということでいいと思うのだけれども、そうすると痛みを伴った改革がただの痛みで終わってしまって気分が悪いんで、逆に一歩進もうではないかと私なんかは思うわけです。
つまるところ、より田中角栄路線から離脱していくペースを速めること。固定資産税、環境税、ギャンブル税などバッズ増税で経済を動かし、法人税、所得税を下げて可処分所得を増やし、消費税を上げて社会保障負担を下げて将来の不安を取り除くという恒久的路線を提示し、各個人、各法人の将来計画を明るくする方向性を示す。この場合もちろん公共事業は減るわけだが、まともにやってりゃ需要創造のための公共事業なんかいらんだろ。今回みたいな緊急の時にはやればいいけど、それもなんか普段出来ないような、国や地方にとって面白い価値のある、将来の経済をも底上げするようなものをやれればいい。例えば山手線地下化とか都市全道路弾性化とかね。
実際田中角栄以前は小さな政府で良かったのに田中角栄路線で一気に流動性がなくなったんだから、その負の遺産を止めればいい。非常に当たり前の話だけど、今の自民党も民主党もたぶん出来ないだろうね。日本の潜在力からするともったいない。
