鳩山由紀夫疑惑で俺が最も納得がいかない点
とりあえずその虚偽記載については仮に釈明通りに秘書がやったとすれば、まあそれなりの刑事罰とか鳩山氏の議員辞職で済む話だろうとは思う。しかしもし会見の内容が真実とするならば、どうしても全く納得がいかない点がひとつある。
それは、虚偽記載であった献金を全て鳩山氏からの貸し付けとして扱うのが適切だろうという弁護士の見解と、そのように訂正処理をしたという事実だ。
これはもし鳩山氏が資金を秘書に一任していたとすれば、紛れもなく鳩山氏から団体への寄付もしくは譲渡であり、貸し付けではあり得ない。そしてそれは政治資金規正法もしくは所得税法の違反となる話であり、それに当たらないように恣意的に貸し付けなどという理屈を当てはめるなどまかり通っていい話ではない。
実際にこれ以外に他人が負担していた個人事務所の費用を政治資金として計上していないという疑惑も出ており、鳩山氏が法律上許されない性質の政治資金を得ていた、もしくは個人資産を他人の献金に付け替えて脱税するという行為を日常的に行っていたという疑いが強くなる。仮に全て釈明通りであったとしても大きな問題として考えなくてはならないということだ。
